For those who wonder what I'm blabbing about, specially for those who don't live in Canada, well it's all about our "Religion", Montreal's only religion, Ice Hockey it is called.
Our local team, the Canadian Habs, or "Les Canadiens de Montreal" is celebrating their 100th anniversary this year and on this particular year, some believed we should a contender to win the Stanley cup, equivalent to the "Coupe d'europe" or the likes.
So having been the eastern conference champion last year, many had high hopes, but the Ice is melting fast this year and the team has been under performing, and in Hockey's tradition, the Coach is to blame, so out goes Guy, did I ever mention that he was our neighbour when we were living in Pierrefonds?
This team saw light 2 years before Grand mother Wan was born and has 24 Stanley cups under their belts, no to metion that they are one of the original teams since the foundation of the NHL franchise.
So this is how the cookie crumbles in this religion, the whole city is under shock, news papers will be full of Habs news tomorrow morning.
